Tanya is a multilingual and bicultural Design Director based in Brooklyn with experience in advertising, brand identity and systems, packaging, editorial design and art direction. She currently works at Zero Studios, a design agency in New York.
Her experience encompasses a practice where she communicates, collaborates, and creates elegant, functional, and strategic design solutions for clients across diverse industries.
Mentoring
I had the opportunity to be part of the mentor cohort for AIGA Mentorship Program for early-career mentees of 2021. The experience showed me how passionate I am about the service of mentoring young creatives. I don't have the right answers but I believe that by sharing experiences and knowledge the mentees feel related to the challenges and less alone in the industry. Merchant’s Hard Lemonade & Tea
STRATEGY / BRANDING / ART DIRECTION
New brand under Heineken’s umbrella. Merchant’s is a hard lemonade and hard peach tea for the ones who are Just a Little Grown-Up. This work consisted in cleaning up their logo and packaging as well as creating the brand style and art direction that help develop paid media assets, billboards, social media and video & photo shoots.

Development of branding, art direction and communication strategy linked to design, innovation and the joy of cooking at home, with packaging used as the main driver for communicating the product. The pack design conveys Lekue’s five main business principles: functionality, image, excitement, internationalization, communication and, above all, healthy, nutritional food.
